Spirit of Bayanihan: A Call for Supply Donations

As we start the new year, the Rizal Center is once again alive with activity! In fact, we are planning for more events and programs than ever before, shaping up 2026 to be our most active year yet! For all this new activity, Rizal Center is led and operated by kind-hearted and generous volunteers, ensuring that the Center remains a Home Away from Home.

In many cases when a call for donations goes out, typically what comes to mind is simply monetary. However, supplies play a crucial role in the ongoing operations of Rizal Center. Volunteers rely on everyday supplies that help keep the space clean, welcoming, and ready for use. Just as our volunteers are generous with their donation of time and labor, we invite our supporters and neighbors to help sustain the Rizal Center by donating general-use supplies. These items support daily operations and ensure that everyone who walks through our doors feels safe and comfortable. Every contribution is an act of bayanihan that keeps Rizal Center open and operational to the public!

If you’re able to contribute, know that your donation directly supports a space built by and for the Filipinos. Please see the list below for requested supplies. Every contribution greatly helps! Together, we can keep the Rizal Center open and thriving.

Maraming salamat!
