Are you old? Or are you old old? How well are you? Compared to last season? Last year? Compared to an average 60, 70, 80, or 90 year old?
We can measure wellness, track it, and develop it. Foster mental quiet, soften the joints, and maintain functionality. All in a relaxing, safe, social, and healthy fashion using fitness tests, calisthenics, Tai Chi, stretching, breathing, Yoga, and so on. Almost everything we will do, you can take and do almost anywhere.
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. Known for its slow, intentional movements, Tai Chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.
