Mark Bernardo Agcaoili is a visual artist from Ilagan City, Isabela. After contracting meningitis at a young age, he lost the use of his hands and experienced difficulty speaking. Despite these challenges, Mark found a way to continue doing what he loves. He taught himself to draw and paint using his feet.
Mark creates portraits and other artworks using his feet. His works show his patience, dedication, and love for art. From portraits of familiar faces to subjects that are close to his heart, each piece reflects his effort to keep creating and expressing himself through art.
His talent and determination have brought attention to his work both in his community and in national media. More than the finished paintings, Mark’s work tells a story of finding a way forward and continuing to pursue something he loves.
Mark is currently showcasing his artwork and creating live at Level 3, Garden Terraces, near Yagorino, SM City Baguio, until October 11, 2026. Visitors can meet Mark, see him create his artwork using his feet, and support his continuing journey as an artist.

Mark continues to believe that disability should not stop a person from pursuing a dream. For him, art is not only something he creates. It is also his way of expressing himself, sharing his story, and connecting with others.
