On June 29, 2023, the members of FACGC’s board of directors collectively received a Baby Grand Piano from Dr. Cleofe Guangko Casambre under the term of a ’permanent loan’ for the next 50 years or until someone donates a Steinway.

The informal reception came with Dr.Casambre’s vision, “May this baby grand piano be an instrument of joy and harmony for the Filipino Americans in Chicago.”

I donated because i saw that Jerry Clarito did. We have to have good and prestigious people like him involved in projects for us to get back Rizal Center in a good position. i asked friends for donation too.

      Hi Ana,
Thanks for your kind words and generous contribution. Indeed, through our Bayanihan we can get back Rizal Center to its rightful place for our people to consider it their home away from home.
Salamat po for spreading the word and asking your friends to donate.
      Ingat and best regards!
      Jerry
