🎉 Join Us for a Fun-Filled Summer Event! 🎣🌳
We’re excited to invite you to our Rizal Center’s Summer Picnic & Fishing Outing!
Learn about fishing and the amazing fish found in Chicago, and get started with this fun, healthy, and affordable activity. Bring your friends and family for a day of delicious food, great company, and fishing fun! Whether you’re an experienced angler or just want to relax and enjoy the outdoors, there’s something for everyone.

FISHING DETAILS:
🎣 Fishing will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
🪝 Fishing supplies and rods will be provided—no permit needed!
A special thank you to Jonathan Schlesinger, the Urban Fishing Program Coordinator, of the Department of Illinois Natural Resources for partnering with us and supporting our fishing outing.
PARKING INFORMATION:
🚗 Please park in the West parking lot by the tennis courts or along Kedvale.
🚫 No parking is allowed along Carmen.
🚧 The lagoon will be fenced off from the east parking lot.
Need a Ride? Meet at Rizal Center by at 9am (we’ll leave promptly before 9:15a)
